“A little better than really bad,” as Anna Anka says – and that might just be the perfect description of this show.
I had an explosively over-eager teenager on the leash, jumping and bouncing all over the place—but standing beautifully when it counted.
To make matters worse, the teenager’s leash accidentally wrapped around my daughter’s finger, catching her nail and ripping it clean off—cue lots of blood. Ouch, the pain! So, we made a quick exit from the show to patch her up.

Soaked like a cat, he made his debut in the junior class—only his second show ever—and went on to win Best of Breed!

8 months old, well constructed, good head. Symmetric markings, open nostrils, correct bite, good nose, acceptable underjaw, correct stop and skull, ears, good neck, excellent topline of correct length, well set tail which could be slightly longer, well laid back shoulders, good upperarm and shoulders, very good angulations, with good feet and paws, excellent coat and temperament.

2 yrs. Good size. Correct proportions, typical head, symmetric markings, good length of nose, well open nostrils, correct bite, good underjaw, correct stop and skull, well set ears, good neck, excellent topline with good length, well set tail, deep chest, good underline, typical angulations in front and rear with very nice front, good bones and feet, good body for age and spring of ribs, free movement, but could be slightly stronger on rear, excellent color, coat and temperament.
